We have had a good number of strays come to us lately.
2 German Shepherd males, both under 1 year, Jake (adoption pending- not pictured) and Sam (going to foster-to-adopt 9/5/10)

Also FOUR Tibetan Spaniels were dumped on a dead end road that we were able to find fosters and took them in.

Hanson

also while at an event the rescue was claimed by a stray that happens to have dermadex mange and is undergoing treatment and will be good as new in 6 weeks.

AND a wonderful couple found a tiny poodle on the side of the road and luckily since Autumn was adopted her foster home was open to foster him, Percy, 4.9lb, male, apricot mini poodle

BUSTER GOT A FOSTER HOME

With great joy I'm glad to let my blog followers know that Buster has found the most amazing, perfect foster home we could've hoped for. Our prayers were answered and this big happy, smiling boy has a home to learn in, build confidence and prove he can still have a full life despite his blindness. You go Buster! I can not express how thankful I am for this foster family!

broken heart...

Unfortunately I've not updated my blog lately but I feel it is a must that I share my heart break (as well as Mom's and the rest of Peace, Love and Dog Paws Rescue's) that we lost our sweet Wesley... he was surrounded by Alison, Mom and myself as he crossed the rainbow bridge. His little body couldn't overcome bacterial pneumonia... he gave a great deal of love, hugs, joy and laughter in his short time with us and I look forward to seeing him again... love always sweet Wesley!
