Vera HAS found a foster home and will be vetted/spayed this week and go to the foster home in the next few days. YAY for Vera! She's such as sweet girl!

Vera is STILL looking for a foster home! This girl has been through so much already & has THE BEST attitude! She is such a great girl & will be a joy in a foster home. She LOVES dogs of all sizes and people! Has not been cat tested but she is curious. Manners and smarts!
She... was in a very temp home after being found, no owners came forward after weeks, then she slipped her collar on a walk and was lost again. Thankfully she ended up at Standifers and we are working with them to find her a foster home and get her into our rescue. PLEASE HELP!
Vera is an approx 30lbs (needs to gain some healthy weight) and is a Shepherd/Hound mix. She is a gorgeous black & tan color with white markings and tan ticking on chest and paws. We think she is about 8 mos old. If you want to meet her PLEASE let us know and we can make it happen. All vetting and spay will be covered prior to placing her into a foster home!
